At Homira, we understand that finding the right light is a personal experience. Each lamp we offer is chosen for the warmth and connection it brings — but if something doesn’t feel quite right when it arrives, we’re here to help.😃
We provide you with a 30-day return policy, which means you may request to return your purchase within 30 days of the invoice date. If your Homira lamp isn’t bringing the warmth you hoped for, we’ll make it right, with understanding and no hassle.
To request a return, please contact us at📩 service@homiraglow.com. Once your return request is approved, our thoughtful customer service will help you to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to ship it back. Please note that returns made without an RMA will not be accepted.
To ensure that your return is processed promptly, please note the following requirements for return items.
- Unused and in original condition
- Include all accessories
- Include original packing materials and shipping boxes with the SKU Label
- Free of damage (unless it arrived damaged)

Every Homira piece is packed with care and heart — but if your lamp arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, we’re truly sorry.Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with warmth and ease. Your return or exchange will be handled quickly and at no cost to you. (Free returns apply to select items within the 48 contiguous United States.)Because when something’s not right, you shouldn’t have to worry — we’re here to help, every step of the way.
✏️A Note on Customer-Initiated Returns
At Homira, we understand that sometimes, even with care and intention, a product might not feel quite right once it’s in your space — and that’s okay.If you'd like to return an item for personal reasons (such as a change of mind, sizing, color preference, or ordering mistakes), we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost. This fee will depend on the shipping provider you choose.Common personal reasons for return include:
- The style, size, or color isn’t quite what you expected
- You no longer need the product or have a change of heart
- An incorrect item or quantity was ordered
- The product details didn’t align with your expectations due to a missed description
📑Some conditions may not be Eligible for a full refund
In some cases, a service fee of up to 68% may be deducted from your refund to cover shipping, processing, and handling.

- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards Items marked "final sale" (We’ll always clearly label these at checkout.)
- Shipping charges for the original order including any expedited options
- Product not in original condition and packaging
- Return Items without a Homira RMA
- Returning defective items in international shipping
💳 Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll begin processing your refund and apply it back to your original payment method — no extra steps needed on your end.Refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing speed.If you’d like a more accurate update, we recommend checking directly with your bank or credit card issuer — they’ll be able to give you the clearest picture of when your refund will arrive.
