Most of our lamps work with E26 or LED bulbs — the kind you can easily find and love. We always list the bulb type on each product page so you’ll know exactly what you need before it arrives.

Are the bulbs included with the lamp?

Many of our lamps come ready to glow, with bulbs included. If not, we’ll let you know right on the product page.

Do your lamps work with smart home devices or dimmers?

Some of our designs can be paired with dimmer switches or smart bulbs — perfect for creating just the right vibe. You'll find details on each lamp’s page if compatibility is an option.

What materials are your lamps made from?

We choose materials we’d want in our own home — warm woods, soft fabrics, glass that catches light just right. You'll find specific materials on esch product page.

How do I clean and care for my lamp?

Just a gentle dusting is all it takes. Use a soft cloth, dry or barely damp, and skip the harsh cleaners. Our lamps don’t need much to stay beautiful.

Are the shades replaceable or customizable?

Some shades are removable, and we’ll note that if so. While we don’t offer custom pieces right now, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help you make it your own.

Do your lamps come fully assembled?

Almost! Most of our lamps need just a few easy steps. We keep the setup simple so you can start enjoying it right away.

How can I place an order?

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

How do I cancel an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Everything’s secure, simple, and safe.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

We’re not offering gift wrapping yet.

Yes — most orders in the 48 contiguous U.S. states ship for free. It’s our way of making your home feel even more inviting, without added costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship out within 2–3 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 5–7 days after that. We’ll send tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet — for now, we only ship within the 48 contiguous states. But who knows what the future holds?

Can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can follow your lamp’s journey — all the way to your doorstep.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At the moment, we don’t offer expedited shipping — we focus on delivering every order with care and consistency. We promise to get your lamp to you as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Thank you for your patience as we prepare your new glow.

What should I do if my lamp arrives damaged?

We pack each item with care, but if anything’s wrong when it arrives, we’re truly sorry — and we’ll fix it. Your return or exchange will be handled quickly and at no cost to you.

How do I start a return?

Once we receive your return and inspect it, refunds typically take 7–14 business days to show up — though your bank may vary a bit.
